Sweets from seeds

New building design for a shop in Kyoto.
The client wanted to refresh the branding of his family business. A long family heritage in making traditional sweets “Amanattō”, sweets made from seeds.
The architecture concept is to recreate the feeling of sprouting seed, coming up from the soil, to the sky.

家業は、種から作られる伝統的な菓子「甘納豆」を長年作り続けてきました。
建築コンセプトは、土から芽吹き、空へと向かう種のような感覚を再現することです。
